Shаuntаe, аge 2 years, 10 mоnths, presents tо the clinic with abdоminal pain, low grade fever (99.8F Oral) and decreased appetite. She was in good health up until 2 days ago when she began to exhibit signs of stomachache. She has not vomited or seemed nauseated. She weighs 30 pounds.  Medications: none. Allergies: NKDA.  Based on the information in the case: Identify the most likely diagnosis for this patient and provide supportive data. Identify what additional diagnostic/imaging and laboratory testing (if any) are recommended in the short term and in the long term.
