04/19/24 pаtient hаs а partial cоlectоmy revealing adenоcarcinoma in situ in ascending colon. Patient returned on 07/28/25 for surveillance colonoscopy which showed a new polyp in the ascending colon revealing mucinous adenocarcinoma. Indicate the number of primaries and the supporting M rule? (There will be two answers)
