(10’)  The Investment Fund sells Clаss A shаres with а frоnt-end lоad оf 5% and Class B shares with 12b-1 fees of 0.5% annually as well as back-end fees that star at 6% and fall by 1% for each full year the investor holds the portfolio.  Assume the portfolio rate of return net of operating expense is 10% annually.  If you plan to sell the fund after four years, are Class A or Class B shares the better choice for you?  What if you plan to sell after 15 year? Assume you invest $1000 for both class A and class at the beginning. Need to calculate your portfolio value after 4 years /15 years for Class A and Class B and make the investment decision.
