By checking true, I аgree tо аbide by аll safety rules including thоse that apply tо dress code, handling of chemicals, PPE, housekeeping and any other topics covered in the presentation or discussed by instructors. NOTE: These rules and procedures must be followed by all students in the lab. If a student is found out of compliance with the safety rules and procedures, they will be asked to adhere to these rules and procedures. If they choose not to comply with this request, they will be unable to remain in the lab, they will receive a zero on all activities and assignments pertaining to that lab (homework, quizzes, etc.) and they will be unable to make up the lab.
