She has had several episodes of back pain in the past, with the most recent episode resulting in an Xray identifying spinal problems but no fractures. She has been referred to your clinic to help with her bone density and general muscle deconditioning. Social History:  Mrs Jones has recently retired from an office job. Smoking: 10 per day in her 20s and 30s, but stopped at age 40.  Alcohol: 2-3 glasses of wine per night.  She lives at home with her husband, who is also retired. At the moment, she has no regular active hobbies, and tends to spend time watching her grandchildren, or occasionally socialising with her friends.  Due to her previously busy job and raising a family, she has previously not prioritised exercise and, since going through the menopause, she has felt generally tired all of the time, with a loss of overall muscle strength.Mrs Jones has a third grandchild on the way and is concerned that she will not be able to engage in physical activities when helping her son with childcare.  Looking after grandchildren means she is tired by early evening.
