Bob will unpack his belongings within the apartment with visual and verbal cues in the next two weeks. Bob will be able to identify and participate in 2 leisure activities of client choice with visual and verbal cues in the next 2 weeks. Bob will identify 2 personal achievement goals to be completed within one month. 1. This is your first week treating Bob in an outpatient setting. You will see him 3x this week for 45 min each session.
