A 60 yeаr оld wоmаn wаs referred fоr an ABR due to asymmetric hearing loss and abnormal middle ear reflex test. She reported a history of gradual hearing loss over 15 years, with a noticeable decrease in the left ear over the past few months. She had bilateral tinnitus, difficulty understanding speech, and occasional headaches. No dizziness or balance problems were reported.
