Conventional usage of the int() method to convert strings to integers letter for letter is allowed. Writing helper methods to be utilized within this function is allowed. The base 12 system is provided as follows: 0->0, 1->1, 2->2, 3->3, 4->4, 5->5, 6->6, 7->7, 8->8, 9->9, 10->A, 11->B.  Example:Inputs are the following: total = "B2" and paid = "106"Function should return the integer of 16, as "B2" is the base 12 representation of 134 and "106" is the base 12 representation of 150. Thus, the change returned should be (paid - total), or 150 - 134 = 16.
