Chrоme Mоtоr Compаny developed а new type of SUV cаlled the Growler.  Unfortunately, within two weeks after the Growler was out on the market, three different owners reported problems with the accelerator pedal.  In all three cases, the driver reported that the accelerator pedal stuck, causing the car to accelerate uncontrollably, resulting in an accident that caused injury and property damages.  All three owners sued Chrome, alleging that the Growler had an unsafe design that caused the accelerator to stick.  Chrome settled with the first plaintiff for $50,000 and the second plaintiff for $100,000.  However, the third plaintiff rejected all settlement offers and took the case to trial. At trial, the attorney for the third plaintiff sought to admit the fact that Chrome settled the other two cases, as well as the amount of money Chrome paid for the settlement.  The attorney argued that these settlements proved that Chrome acknowledged the design was faulty.  Chrome objected to this evidence.  Should the judge admit or preclude the evidence from the settlements?
