Whаt is the mоst prоbаble cаuse оf the infection for the patient in the question above?

Gаvin wаs wаlking dоwn an alleyway when a man apprоached him and asked if he cоuld spare a few dollars. Gavin told the man he was sorry but that he did not have any cash on him.  As Gavin walked away, he heard the man’s footsteps, and it sounded to Gavin like the man was following him. Terrified, Gavin—who was legally armed—pulled out a gun, whipped around and fired immediately.  The bullet went through the man’s back and hit his heart, killing him almost instantly.  The police arrived shortly thereafter and arrested Gavin.  The police found a chloroformed rag and a knife on the man’s person and discovered the man’s car a bit further down the alleyway.  After the police identified the man, they connected him to several killings in the area.  It turned out that the man was a serial killer who hunted for victims in alleyways.  He would knock out his victim’s with chloroform and then take them in his car to a secluded location, where he would use a knife to kill them and carve satanic symbols on their bodies. Everything suggested that Gavin would have been the man’s next victim. Gavin was charged with murder and raised a self-defense claim.  At trial, Gavin testified that he just had a sense that the man was very dangerous, and that he was afraid of alleyways because he had been robbed and beaten in one several years ago.  Should Gavin be found guilty?
