She reports numbness in her foot after the injury.   She comes into the pharmacy today asking about using OTC therapies to manage her pain.  Here are some characteristics about this person:  Pain score:  8 out of 10  Associated features:  occasional nausea and dizziness after injury, no fever  No deformities or abnormalities apparent with the injury  What is the MOST APPROPRIATE recommendation for this woman?
