The use of calculators, scratch paper, or other materials is only permitted if explicitly stated as allowed in the exam instructions.  Exam Conduct and Use of Technology  Once the exam begins, do not navigate away from the Canvas/Examsoft platform until your test is fully submitted. “Navigating away” includes engaging with any program, clicking on the desktop, or viewing any other webpages or applications outside of Canvas/Examsoft (including, but not limited to, popups, alarms, or messaging systems- please disable all pop-ups and ensure settings are in “do not disturb” mode).   You are not permitted to copy, save, or share any test questions. All exam content is the intellectual property of the NAU Occupational Therapy Department. If you wish to review specific test questions and answers, contact your course instructor to schedule an appointment. Technical Issues  If you encounter any difficulties with the exam software, notify the proctor or exam administrator immediately. Any delay in reporting technical issues may affect the resolution process and exam scoring.  Consequences of Academic Integrity Violations  Engaging in any program, desktop, or webpage outside of Canvas/Examsoft during the exam will be considered a violation of NAU's Academic Integrity Policy. Any academic integrity violations will be documented in a formal incident report submitted to the NAU Office of the Provost for further action, which may include academic penalties and disciplinary measures.
