You, as an engineer, are tasked to write a C program to decrypt the alien's message into English. 1.) Create a user-defined function called decrypt() that is capable of taking an integer input and returning a single character output, utilizing the formula above. 2.) In the main function, write a program to read the data from the file message.txt and store them in an array with the appropriate type and size. Display the original data in the output console. After that, call the function decrypt() to decode the original message into English and display it on the screen. What did the alien say?
