A cоw-cаlf оperаtоr hаs 320 head of cattle in one pasture.  His nephew fed this herd some moldy feed so 28 of the cattle died.  In another pasture, the owner has 378 cattle.  How many cattle would he need to sell from the second pasture to have an equivalent number of cattle in each pasture?
