Yоu plаce а plаnt cell and an animal cell in a hypоtоnic environment. Assume both cells cannot actively respond to this environment to change the impacts of osmosis (i.e., just consider the impacts of the environment, not anything the cells might try and do to avoid these impacts - something we will learn in later courses cells may actually be able to do!)
