After conducting a time study, you have determined that the normal time to prepare and serve one burger is 7 minutes. The chef is wearing thin rubber gloves to maintain cleanliness. The chef is also carefully inspecting the detailed components of the burger to ensure that the burger is perfectly presented for the customers, causing a 3% delay. a. (15pts) Determine the standard time for preparing and serving a burger. State any assumptions and allowances you used in your calculations. b. (5pts)After serving a burger to a customer, the chef must clean the grill and prep station before moving on to the next order. At the start of the day, the chef spends 12 minutes cleaning up. By the end of the day, the cleaning process now takes 20 minutes. Determine the total fatigue allowance that should be given to the chef.
