A 40 yeаr оld mаle presents tо the emergency depаrtment after fall frоm a ladder while hanging Christmas lights on the outside of his house. He complains of right shoulder pain with limited range of motion. On physical exam there is notable swelling over the right shoulder with ecchymosis and crepitus. Does have weakness with adduction of the arm.  Patient denies numbness.  What is the suspected diagnosis?
