What is Dickens’ social message to his audience?   Topic B: Discuss the Rime of the Ancient Mariner as following the traditional pattern of the Christian Fall and Redemption.  In your essay, be sure to do the following in one body paragraph each: --Discuss the Mariner with regard to the albatross.  What “sin” does the Mariner commit and why? and how does he suffer for the sin he has committed? --Discuss the moment of transformation with the water snakes.
