A pаtient presents tо PT fоr evаluаtiоn of weakness/imbalance s/p 1 week ago. He reports that he had difficulty lifting his left arm and fell over but then was fine after 30min. During evaluation on 5x sit to stand, the patient begins to demonstrate L hemibody weakness unable to complete last rep of test, L facial droop, slurring of speech, and inability to sit up straight. What next action should the therapist take?
