A 38 yeаr old was admitted 2 days ago after she underwent resection of a large meningioma (brain tumor).  Morning labs: Na+ 150, K+ 3.1, Anion Gap 10, glucose 98, BUN 30, Cr 1.4, Ca+ 10.8. WBC 15K, H&H 14.2 & 37.2, Plt 224K. TSH 1.63.  I&O for last 6 hours: Intake 450ml IV fluid, 100ml PO. Output: 2000ml foley catheter. Vitals: Temp 99.6F, Pulse 115, BP 98/51, RR 18, O2 95%.  What condition has this patient likely developed?
