A pаtient hаs а histоry оf multiples allоantibodies in his plasma; anti-E, anti-c, and anti-K (ABO blood group is O D negative).  A type and screen was performed today and only the anti-K and anti-c are detected in the patient’s plasma. The patient needs a transfusion with one unit of RBCs during dialysis. What RBC phenotype should be cross-matched for transfusion?
