A 22-yeаr-оld right-hаnded wоmаn with a histоry of endometriosis presents to the emergency department with progressive difficulty walking and weakness in her left leg for the past 4 days.  On examination her temperature is 37.0 C (98.6 F) blood pressure is 115/70 mm Hg, pulse is 80/min, and respirations are 14/min. There is 4/5 strength throughout the left lower extremity. Reflexes are 2+ biceps and triceps bilaterally, 2+ right patella and Achilles, and 3+ left patella and Achilles. Babinski response is flexor on the right and extensor on the left. There is decreased sensation in her left leg to temperature and pinprick. On further history taking she reports an episode 2 years prior of loss of vision in her right eye which subsequently resolved.  What additional finding is most likely to support your diagnosis?
