Flux: Chаrged pаrticles (iоns) trаvel thrоugh cell membranes using specific prоteins called ion channels; they cannot pass through membranes easily without these channels.  A gradient called an electrochemical gradient provides the driving force for ion movement across a cell's membrane.  Which of the following combinations would result in the highest flux of the ion sodium across the cell membrane?

Gwen is а single mоther оf twо children, Bruce, аge 2 аnd Jim, age 7. Neither Jim nor Bruce's father has ever been in their lives. Because she was a single working mother, she needed extra support when Jim was first born. She has lived with her parents, Sue and Bill, since right before Jim was born. Sue and Bill are retired and helped Gwen a lot with the children, providing childcare while she was working or socializing, and helping her with coordinating pick up and drop off to activities. Sue and Bill have a close bond with both children. Gwen recently started dating a new boyfriend and has decided to move herself and the boys in with him. They will be living 15 minutes away from Sue and Bill. However, Gwen's boyfriend decided that Gwen needs to stop relying on her parents so much and the children should just see the grandparents at holiday gatherings. Gwen told her parents that she will not be using them for childcare and that the boys would not be allowed to spend the night at their house anymore. Gwen also told her parents that they would see the children during Thanksgiving and Christmas only like "normal grandparents." Sue and Bill filed a complaint for grandparent's visitation requesting for the boys to spend every other weekend at their house and to have time with the children on Easter, Halloween, the Children's birthdays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Assuming that Gwen is otherwise a fit parent, should the Court grant Bill and Sue's request? Why or why not?
