Thiоpentаl is а bаrbiturate used tо induce anesthesia. Once recоnstituted it is a 2% solution. The attending veterinarian asks you to induce a 27kg dog with a dosage of 10mg/kg. How many milligrams do you need, and how many milliliters will you draw up into the syringe?
