A neighbor, Julie, was out for a late night jog with her dog and saw the car crash into Sue’s home. The neighbor rushed to the vehicle, pulled Dave from the car and, believing that Dave’s actions were intentional, used her dog leash to tie him up until the police arrived. Meanwhile, the other errant bullet went through the wall of a house two blocks away, seriously injuring Victor. Identify all of the possible intentional tort claims (do not discuss tort claims based on negligence or criminal violations) that might be asserted by or against all of the parties to this drama and explain whether the claims are likely to prevail, and why.
