A 46 yeаr оld mаle pаtient arrives in the ER with the fоllоwing symptoms:   Impaired mental status Anxiety Diaphoresis (sweating) Tremors Palpitations Tachycardia (rapid heart rate) Warm and moist skin The family member that is accompanying the patient states that the patient has also lost quite a bit of weight recently, without trying to do so. The family member does not live with patient, so is not a good historian, nor do they know the patient's current med list. The ER physician orders lab testing and here are the significant results: Calcium level 11.1 mg/dL  (Normal:  8.5 - 10.2 mg/dL) Glucose 198 mg/dL  (Normal:  70 - 179 mg/dL NON-fasting) TSH:  < 0.4 mIU/L   (Normal:  0.5 - 5.0 mIU/L)  test is reflexing to a free T4 level. Can you guess if the free T4 level will be low or high?
