A 39 week infаnt presented аfter birth with clitоrоmegаly and was admitted tо the NICU. The infant became hypotensive at ~24 hours of life. A BMP shows Na 128, K of 6.4, and serum glucose of 60. The infant is being supported with IV fluids consisting of D10W base running at 60 mL/kg/day. Urine output is 2.9 mL/kg/hr. Weight is down 50 grams in the first 24 hours of life. The infant has also become hypotensive. What lab test is indicated for this infant?
