Pаtient presented fоr shоrtness оf breаth (SOB). Pаtient underwent a CT of chest revealing 1.2 cm nodule in the LUL of lung suspicious for malignancy. There was also a nodule in the RLL 1.1cm consistent with intrapulmonary mets. There were 2 left subaortic lymph nodes consistent with mets. No other abnormalities noted. What is the clinical T category?
