Presenting Complaint: According to the clients Rumpy has been experiencing vomiting and diarrhea for the past 3 to 4 days. Yesterday he didn't want to eat, go for his normal walk, and was laying around most of the day, which isn't like him. Patient Hx: Clients have had Rumpy since he was 6 months old, they got him from a friend. They said they feed him Just Food for Dogs - Beef & Open Farms - Salmon Kibble. They take him on walks every day, go to the beach and hike with him on weekends. When you ask about his medical/vaccine history, they miraculously have brought in their previous vaccine records, which show Rumpy is up to date on his DAPP, Bordetella & Rabies Vaccines and he takes Simparica Trio for flea, heartworm, roundworm, hookworm & whipworm prevention. Luckily they have insurance for Rumpy, so cost is not an issue for these clients.
