Therapy evaluation includes: Patient is alert, cooperative, and agreeable to PT. L hip incision covered with dressing, mild B LE edema noted. Max A for bed mobility, mod A for STS. Pt. walked 50’ with fww and min A, decreased L stance time, limited by pain. Unable to obtain clear prior level of function (PLOF) information from patient. Recommend TCU at d/c.
