A 22 y/о wоmаn presents with а 3-yeаr histоry of recurrent, unilateral, pulsating headaches with vomiting and photophobia.  The headaches, which generally last 4 hours, can be aborted by resting in a dark room.  She can usually tell that she is going to get a headache.  She explains, "I see little squiggles before my eyes for about 15 minutes."  Her physical exam is unremarkable.  This presentation is consistent with

You won't get in trouble. Remember this when you are bending your head over your scrap paper.  Your test will pause everytime.  However, it will restart when you come back into frame.  Honorlock will still record your session while you are out of frame.
