INSTRUCTIONS: Pleаse chооse аnd аnswer ONE оf the following short answer questions. Your answer must meet the following requirements: Your answer must be written in full sentences with proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc. Do not use bullet points, slang, or informal writing. You need to provide enough detail to show you know what you are talking about - one sentence or a nonspecific general statement will not suffice. Your answer should be at least 250 words in length. You must answer every part of the question. Read your chosen prompt carefully and ensure you answer all parts! Your answer must be your own words. Do not copy and paste from the internet, the PowerPoints, or the textbook. Do not use an AI generator (such as ChatGPT) for your answer. QUESTION OPTIONS: Leadership is a huge piece of working in groups. Please define good leadership in your own words and provide an example of such a leader that you have experienced in your own life. Your textbook provided 10 proven strategies for building high performing teams. List three of these strategies and give examples for each of how you have seen them work in your own life.  This course ended with Dr. Pinker’s plea to not give up on progress and see the positives. After learning all you have this semester, do you feel more positive about the future or more negative? Explain why and use at least three real world examples.  GRADING: Meets all requirements (length, proper format, grammar, uses your own words, etc.): 10 points possible Content (answers all parts of the question, explains properly, etc.): 20 points possible
