Review cаrefully the fоllоwing nоtes prior to tаkingthe  prаctice test. You need a camera and your CSU photo ID.                    Record webcam; Record Screen; Record Web-traffic;Browser Guard; Test-taker photo; Test-Taker ID; Calculator Your test-taking room must be free of other people during the test.  Please use the restroom before starting the exam Valid Room Scan: A valid room scan includes a 360-degree view of your room, ensuring no people are present. Move your camera slowly during the scan to capture an appropriate level, focusing on the room and desk area (avoid pointing at the ceiling). Desk Area: Your room scan must clearly include a view of your desk or table. Exams must be taken in a setting that replicates an in-person exam environment. Use a desk or table free of any items except those explicitly allowed for the test. Visibility and Conduct: Your face must remain visible during the entire exam. Avoid any discussions or disruptions during the exam. Failure to comply may result in a score of 0 points. Use of Notes or Papers: If the proctored settings allow the use of notes or papers, you must: scan them at the start and end of your exam. Place them on your desk in a visible area throughout the test. It is your responsibility to take the exam at a location with a stable and secure internet connection where you won't be interrupted. Honorlock requires use of Google Chrome with an extension. If you have questions about the proctoring technology, please contact the Center for e-Learning at elearning@csuohio.edu/216-687-3960.  This course requires you to take a remotely proctored examination, during which you may be required to briefly show your surroundings using your web camera (a “room scan”), wherever you choose to take the exam. You will not be permitted to take remotely proctored examinations in your home/residence hall rooms unless you are willing to conduct a room scan. By choosing to take the exam in your home/residence hall room you are consenting to the room scan of the area where you take the exam. The room scan will only be visible to CSU officials with a legitimate need to review the video. Other students will not be able to see your room scan.  If you do not wish to have your home/residence hall room subject to the room scan, you may take the exam from another location where you won’t be interrupted including: CSU Testing Services; CSU’s library; a public library; testing centers at your local community college or other community testing sites. It is your responsibility to identify an appropriate location to take your exams. Please note that you will be required to perform a room scan of your location regardless of where you choose to take the exam. Most locations, including CSU Testing Services, require at least 48 hours’ notice. If you have or require testing accommodations, please contact the Office of Disability and Testing Services (for disability accommodations) at ods@csuohio.edu/216-687-2015 or the Office for Institutional Equity.
