Yоu hаve respоnded tо а 86-yeаr-old female patient with vertigo. She is on home oxygen due to 32 years of smoking. BP 132/64, P 78 R 24, SPO2 96 with oxygen, BGL 112 mg/dl.She has a long history of COPD and heart failure. Patients’ medication includes Amlodipine and Fosamax. She is found to have hyperinflated chest and pitting edema as well as sacral edema.  What would you expect to find on auscultation of lung sounds?
