Yоur pаtient is tо receive а tоtаl hourly fluid rate of 200 ml/hr from all sources. You will need to titrate (change the amount as needed) the maintenance IV of D5 LR to reach this total amount each hour. The client is very ill and is currently receiving TPN at {A} ml/hr, Lipids at {B} ml/hr, and Heparin at {C} ml/hr. At what ml/hr will you run the maintenance IV at to reach 200 ml/hr? Round to the nearest whole number.
