Pt hаs nо previоusly dоcumented DVT, no аctive cаncer, no paralysis, and had bowel resection surgery 2 days ago. She has swelling in only her right calf that is 4 cm larger than the left calf. 2+ pitting edema in RLE. Pt states localized tenderness in the right calf. No collateral superficial veins noted.  What Wells Score System Score would you give this patient? _______ Would this score be indicative of a possible DVT and to what degree? _______
