Patients vital signs are BP: 70/52, HR: 148 regular and weak carotid, Sinus tachycardia, RR: 20 with adequate tidal volume, SPO2 88%, BGL: 32 mg/dL. Pateint weighs 25 kg.

Parents advise that when the patient has seizures he typically experiences status seizures with multiple episodes in a row. The patients vital signs are BP: 130/80, HR:176 and regular, RR 24 bpm and shallow, SPO2 94% on 2 liters nasal cannula, BGL 78 mg/dL. ECG below.
