Patients vital signs are BP: 70/52, HR: 148 regular and weak carotid, Sinus tachycardia, RR: 20 with adequate tidal volume, SPO2 88%, BGL: 32 mg/dL. Pateint weighs 25 kg.

Parents advise that when the patient has seizures he typically experiences status seizures with multiple episodes in a row.
