Abigаil buys а piece оf prоperty (hоuse аnd land) that sits in the middle of Hector’s land. When Abigail moved there, there was already a small dirt road (across Hector’s land) to Abigail’s house. That road is the only way Abigail can get to her house. There is no Easement Agreement between Abigail and Hector. When it rains hard, the portion of the dirt road that is on Hector’s land floods out, making it almost impossible to use. Hector does not agree to let Abigail pave the dirt road or to allow Abigail to build a different road.   Discuss Abigail’s rights and options regarding the road.
