Her blood sugars and Bp appear well controlled.  Current medications  include liraglutide  (GLP-1RA) 1.2 mg SC daily,  Metformin (Bigaunide) 1G twice daily, Lisinopril (ACE-I) 10mg daily and hydrochlorothiazide (thiazide diuretic) 12.5mg daily.
