Requirements аnd Cоnduct Guidelines fоr Tests аnd the Finаl ExamThe Semester Tests and the Final Exam will be prоctored using HonorLock. To complete the tests and the final exam, you will need a computer with access to a stable and strong broadband internet connection, a built-in camera, or an attached webcam, and mobile phone camera. This assignment uses Honorlock Proctoring with two cameras. One camera must face the student, and a second side‑view camera is required. Students may use their mobile phone as the second camera, following Honorlock setup instructions.Additionally, you’ll need Google Chrome and the Honorlock Chrome Extension. If you have any questions regarding HonorLock proctoring, please review the following Youtube Video Guide: Link and/or consult the following resources:To ensure a fair testing environment, students must adhere to the following rules during all tests and the final exam:Silence is Mandatory: Students must remain silent for the entire duration of all tests and the final exam. Reading test or exam questions out loud, at any volume, is strictly prohibited. Students must remain completely silent throughout. Stay Focused on the Screen: Students must keep their eyes on the computer screen being recorded by the proctoring software at all times. Looking away—especially toward the tabletop or elsewhere—may suggest the presence of unauthorized materials and result in a zero grade. Eye movements that suggest reading and comparing the test questions with content on another screen or printed material not visible to the proctoring software (Honorlock) may indicate the use of unauthorized resources and result in a zero grade.Use Only Approved Resources: Students are allowed to use the electronic textbook and Presentation Slides, but they must be accessed only through the Honorlock-enabled Chrome browser. Accessing any other external resources, including unauthorized electronic devices or printed materials, will lead to an automatic zero.Camera Visibility: It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that their entire face is clearly visible to the front-view camera at all times. Students must remain focused on the screen throughout all tests and the final exam.Prohibited Items: Wearing headsets, earphones, caps, or hats during tests and the final exam is not permitted.
