Final Exam Window: The HSC4233/6235 Final Exam opened at 6:00:00am EST, Tuesday, April 28, 2026 and is due by 11:59:00pm EST, Thursday, April 30, 2026. Submissions made between 11:59:01 ET, April 30, 2026 to 11:59:00pm ET, May 01, 2026, will incur a 20% penalty. Submissions made between 11:59:01pm ET, May 01, 2026, to 11:59:00pm ET, May 02, 2026, will incur a 40% penalty. After 11:59:00pm ET, May 02, 2026, Final exams which have not been submitted will be assigned a grade of zero (0). Those with extended time permissions per DRC Accommodations must start their exam at an early enough time to allow for their accommodations.  Just for clarification: Although you have 120 minutes for the Final Exam exam, if you do not start the exam until 11:30pm EST on the evening it is due, you will only have 29 minutes to complete/submit it before the "Late Penalty" will come into effect. You will see a warning popup banner as to how many minutes remain before the exam will be marked late. Warnings appear 30 minutes prior, 5 minutes prior, and 1 minute prior.  Pay attention to these timer warnings as the exams will not automatically submit at the scheduled deadline - they can only be submitted by you or when your time limit (120 minutes) has expired. Make-Up Exams: If you have an emergency or life event (including but not limited to, a new medical diagnosis or death of a loved one), please contact the Dean of Students Office (www.dso.ufl.edu) and follow the DSO Care Team procedures for documentation and assistance (https://care.dso.ufl.edu/instructor-notifications/). Additionally, should a student miss an exam due to an unexcused reason (e.g., overslept, mixed up the exam time, etc.), the same "Late Exam Policy" applies in that the exam can be taken with a 20% penalty if taken within 24 hours of the original exam time or with a 40% penalty if taken within 48 hours of the original time. You are absolutely not permitted an exam schedule adjustment or make-up for personal travel/vacations, so please make your travel arrangements accordingly
