Her physician is concerned due to significant osteoporosis with T - scores of -3.19 in the right hip and -2.9 in the left hip after 3 years of treatment. Her past medical history is significant for TIA, depression, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, urinary incontinence, degenerative joint disease, gout, and myopia.
