An 83 yeаr оld wоmаn is brоught into the emergency depаrtment (ED) by her neighbor because of mentation changes. The neighbor states that the client "fell last week and bruised her ribs". Today the neighbor noticed that the client had no styled her hair or done her makeup and was wandering in pajamas looking for a cat.
