Introduction Paragraph (One paragraph: 100-125 words)  Start with background on where you were as a writer/reader/thinker at the beginning of the semester. Briefly set up the themes of the course (as you experienced them). End with a three-point thesis sentence that clearly states the three major lessons you learned this semester.
