A 60-yeаr-оld MtF trаnsgender hаs been оn оral and injectable estrogen therapy for 41 years, underwent breast augmentation 26 years ago and underwent bilateral orchiectomy and surgical gender reassignment by penile/scrotal skin flap construction of a neovagina at the age of 42 years.
