During the seventeenth tо the nineteenth centuries, if а gentlemаn оr оccаsionally even a lady was insulted, he or she was likely to challenge the offender to a duel.  Dueling was a much more efficient and dramatic method of challenging an enemy than the modern method of taking someone to court.  For many years duels were conducted with swords; in fact, young men came to Italian fencing schools from all over Europe to learn from masters.  Eventually, dueling was done with an even worse weapon-the gun.  Today's political squabbles would no doubt be more courteous if dueling with weapons were still in vogue.   Decide if the following sentence from the passage is a fact, opinion or both (fact and opinion):  Dueling was a much more efficient and dramatic method of challenging an enemy than the modern method of taking someone to court.
