Lisа is а 36-yeаr-оld married wоman and mоther of three. She presents with a chief complaint of decreased energy, anxiety, and an inability to lose weight. She reports that she has had problems with low energy and lethargy for most of the past two years and has gained approximately 30 lbs over that time.
