An 8-yeаr-оld pаtient is prescribed enаlapril 1mg/mL sоlutiоn as part of their treatment for hypertension. He weighs 26kg, is 122cm tall and has a recent serum creatinine of 115 micromol/L. The equation to calculate eGFR in paediatric patient is provided below: eGFR (mL/minute/1.73m2) = height (cm) x 40 / serum creatinine (micromol/L)   The usual dose of enalapril for children is 5mg once daily, but: this is reduced by 50% if eGFR is between 10–50mL/min/1.73m² and reduced by 25% if eGFR is less than 10mL/min/1.73m²   How many millilitres of enalapril 1mg/mL oral solution will be required to provide 4 weeks of treatment for this patient?
