[velvet] Geоrge, Jerry, аnd Krаmer аre rооmmates. George thinks that their apartment needs an armchair made from velvet fabric. For days, George tries convincing Jerry and Kramer to agree to the velvet armchair. Finally, Jerry and Kramer agree to think about it. Jerry starts researching the market for velvet armchairs and finds one he likes. He asks Kramer and George’s opinions on the armchair, and they both agree that they should buy it. Because George so desperately wanted the armchair, he buys it. Ever since receiving the armchair, Jerry finds it uncomfortable and prefers the couch. George and Kramer have been the only ones to spend time in it, lounging on it every day. What roles in the decision making unit did George, Jerry, and Kramer play?
