24-yeаr-оld Ninа recently experienced а miscarriage, оf an initially unwanted pregnancy. The miscarriage оccurred 5 months ago; she is new to her job which is located in a new city where she recently moved. Her support system is minimal. Nina was brought into the emergency department by police for being observed in the community hiding behind trees and cars due to “people are after me” and running into the street as if being chased. She is exhibiting distractibility, can't remember the past day or two, denies visual hallucinations but is objectively responding to internal stimuli. Her medical work up is negative and her UDS is negative. Collateral from family indicates no psychiatric history, no abnormal behavior per phone calls. The last phone call that family reported with Nina was 48 hours ago and “she was fine”. After 2 weeks in the hospital, Nina fully recovered. The most likely diagnosis is:
